John was a wonderful help throughout our multifamily inspection. His communication during the entire process was consistent, and clear. He is extremely knowledgeable, and performed a very detailed inspection of the entire property. We will be using him again in the future.

John is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced. I love asking lots of questions and he has a thoughtful and useful answer to each one of them. I highly recommend Best Choice Home Inspections if you're looking for a timely and quality service.

John did an awesome job. We were buying an old farmhouse built in 1880 and he did a great job of explaining things and his inspection report was very thorough and simple to understand. I would recommend him to anyone. Old houses or new houses.

John was exceptional to work with! He was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain each of his findings and answer any questions we had along the way. His communication was timely and the report was very detailed, yet easy to understand. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a quality, in-depth home inspection!

If you want a most thorough home inspection, get John Woodall. Not only was his inspection and his thoroughly detailed after-report invaluable as we are moving towards closing on the purchase of a house, it also allowed me to learn the property as John encouraged me to shadow him throughout the inspection, pointing out all the details, including strengths and potential maintenance issues. Now I feel as though I know the house well and can move forward with confidence. Although I marked that his service is reasonably priced, I might as well have said that it is a great price given the scope of it. Thanks.
